(1) Issue order and execute the matters on budgets, standing orders, and departmental instructions and staff affairs on behalf of Director General in order to accomplish the activities under the dry zone greening objectives
(2) Issue orders, deal and resolve the matters directed, communicated and sent by superior organizations, other working branchs and subordinate offices, on behalf of Director General
(3) Perform the duties and functions of the Director General when the Director General is travelling
